🚨 Another OUI Arrest on the Colorado River 🚨
This was the second Operating Under the Influence (OUI) arrest made by the Bullhead City Police Department that day. Unlike the first arrest, this operator was cooperative with officers. From what I heard on the water, there was at least one more OUI arrest later that day.
One thing is clear: Bullhead City Police have their river enforcement down to a science. They know what to look for, and if you’re operating a boat or personal watercraft while impaired, there’s a very good chance you’ll be contacted.
If you’re coming to enjoy the Colorado River, have fun but don’t drink and operate. Make a plan, stay sober behind the controls, and make it home safely.
